Neuro Hero Talk Around It mobile apps for iOS and Android do not collect or store any personal data. Any feedback entered or received from Talk Around It apps is voluntary and entering personal information is on an optional basis. Neuro Hero Ltd does not share your information with any third parties.

How long do we store your data.

Any data collected from the voluntary feedback form within our Talk Around It apps is stored for a maximum of 60 days.

What are your rights.

The Neuro Hero Ltd newsletter is circulated through Mailchimp. Subscription to our newsletter is on an opt in basis. We only use your information to occasionally send you relevant news or updates to our services.You have the option to unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.

The information you have entered when subscribing to our newsletter for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Neuro Hero with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms & Conditions by a party will be effective only if in writing and signed by a party.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ireland.

We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these terms and conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
